Can someone clear this up for me?

I have a few questions because there are things I'm not fully understanding:


1. Obito said he gave Nagato the Rinnegan, but Konan said Nagato always had it. Then, the real Madara said he gave his Rinnegan to Nagato?? Which one is it, what really happened with the Rinnegan situation?


2. Back in episode 329, the episode where Naruto finally controls Kurama and goes into that Tailed Beast Telepathy realm where he talked to Yagura about Yagura looking like a kid, etc. and where all the other Jinchuuriki, Yugito, Han, Roshi, Utakata, and Fu were. How was Yugito, Han, Roshi, Utakata, Fu and Yagura talking to Naruto and each other in the realm? If they were all dead and reanimated I don't see how they could do that. They didn't even have Edo Tensei eyes.

How did Madara give them to Nagato if he was connected to the Gedo Mazo in the cave?

And why did Roshi leave when the 4 tails got extracted from him and he was just laying on the ground? If he was edo tensei, wouldn't his soul still be intact and he would still be fighting?

We don't know why Roshi left, but it's probably because his time was up. Roshi wasn't controlled by Edo Tensei, he was controlled by the Chakra Receivers.

the only difference is that their bodies were resurrected via edo tensei, just not resuscitated, meaning the soul was never brought back along with the body. Obito used those Edo Bodies as his puppets.

Alright that makes sense. But just 1 more thing, if their souls weren't brought back, how were they talking in that realm? They would need a soul to do that because otherwise their soul would be in the afterlife

There is no answer, just speculation.

Probably because the Edo Tensei created a direct line to their souls from the mortal world since it only called back their bodies but not their souls.

It's the same as when Kabuto takes control over an Edo body and completely erases their personality, where do their souls go? Probably in some state of limbo until they are called back again or released.


Also Kakashi was able to talk to his dead father as he was on the brink of death; so there are some unexplainable phenomenons within the Narutoverse.
