[Technical Issue] Can Somebody tell me why can't I get the gifs to work in my avatar?

Its Freking me out i want to have a gif as avatar but when i upload it it doesnt move and when i copy paste the link of a gif it still doesnt work somebody please help me

Go to GFX Request and post the gif you want as an avatar and see if someone else will do it for you. Noddy seems like a nice person, he might do it for you if you VM/PM you if no one responds to your Avatar Gif request.

Contact a G-Mod and tell me them to make it as your Avatar. Provide them the link to it.

in order to use a gif you must use a URL. if you DLed the gif go to tinypic.com and upload it there.

When a gif is too large the gd library will resize it, and after the resize the picture will be in jpg format, so the animation gets removed.
