Sasuke did win I don't see what your point is. Later we see Sasuke avoid that blast so Sasuke wins. If an opponent is forced to commit suicide this means they have lost the match.

My point is that sasuke didnt win that fight fairly, plot no jutsu saved his ass. It SHOULD have been a tie but kishi trolled us

Zetsu - Basically turned on his ally and killed him when he wasn't expecting it.

He did not fight Karin. He fought KONAN. Get it right.

I don't see how, he simply used the curse mark chakra in him to summon Manda. He won that fight fair. Plus Sasuke wasn't even fighting to kill, he wanted deidara alive for info. He could have killed him at any point before attempted C0. No matter how you slice it Sasuke beat him.
