The databook is like the holy bible of the narutoverse. It preaches to us the ways of our lord and savior GODARA.

if you keep seeing them, how are they irrelevant? seems just the opposite don't you think.

OT: as stated above, its a book of facts, jutsu, statistics for characters, etc. pretty much the latest go to source for "such and such beats such and such".
