definitely. first of all, another perfect sage managed to dodge it. secondly, naruto's dodged the third raikage's fastest attack in sm, and he's as fast as Ay. thirdly, naruto has never been hit in sm iirc, except the one time when one of his clones let the juubi kill him to push kakashi out of the way.
