KA is the only problem,if restricted then naruto can win.
he can win if he doesn't use FRS(because it will exhaust him),SM punch is one-shot killing attack it will allow him not to waste hi Senjutsu on big meaningless attacks ,SM sensing abilities allow naruto to determine where danzo respawns and when after izanagi.not to mention using shadow clones for diversion can divert danzo's attacks towards false targets while the real one ends him.

Doubt it. Sasuke is quite insightful and was able to discern Izanagi. Naruto won't be figuring it out, even if his life depended on it. KA is doing jack to SM Naruto, as it's a laughable feat in Danzo's sockets, compared to Itachi's use. The difference was so far and wide that it wasn't even funny. Even if he loses it, one of the toads simply snap him out of it, like Mifune was by Ao.

Danzo has a curse seal that paralyses.
Danzo naturally uses fuuton attacks that rip shit to shreds

Danzo wins low- mid diff. He won't even be using izanagi much because Danzo is skilled enough to dodge all of SM naruto skill moves which are all essentially rasengan or rasenshuriken.
