Can shisuis susanoo spam KA over a large area with no limit?

For one Shisui to our knowledge doesn't have Susano'o. Second, Kotamatsukami can only be used once every 10 years. I am not sure if this was due to misinformation, ignorance, an attempt to annoy the NB Community or what but please do a bit more research before posting this thread. Thank You.

he has two ms eyes so he must have susano. also his susano needs a special ability. therefor he had susano with spamming ka.

Then provide manga proof yourself that everyone has it. Sure, Itachi, Sasuke and Madara are confirmed to possess (dunno about Izuna) and Tobi & Kakashi are single-eye wielders of Kamui, but Shisui has only shown a single technique as well, and that was the Koto Amatsukami. Susano'o was rare, Tobi stated that, and just because of the tiny possibility don´t just go overboard in your theories.
