Can Shin's MS utilize Sage Tools?

Since he has to mark the weapons before he can move them with his MS... my guess he would only be able to use the Banana Fan, Seven Star Sword and the Golden Canopy Rope and he might have the stamina and chakra to use those weapons either separately or all at the same time which would be very OP

That would be very interesting. I think theoretically he could but I wouldn't think he would ever obtain them.
