Can Shinra Tensei stop Limbo?

Electric Booger limbo can only be hurt by senjutsu or rikudo's chakra. Proof is that only Naruto and Sasuke could hurt limbo. Naruto straight out was able to hurt real Madara through hitting limbo, and Sasuke's chidori was making limbo immobile. So a shinra tensei without those two won:t work

The concept of Limbo isn't even clear really.

They seem to exist in the same dimension, but are on a different plane. Hengoku one-shotted all nine Bijuu and that can't have been a Limbo clone because a) He was capable of only one clone and all the Bijuu were hit simultaneously and b) I really doubt SM Madara would be capable of punching the Bijuu so hard with his fist that it would disable it.
