Can Shikamaru restrain Sakura and Tsunade?

They are both strong ( physically ). My question is: Can Shikamaru ( or someone else from the Nara clan ) restrain them with his shadows or not? I think he can restrain Sakura, but he can't bind Tsunade.

Yes he can just because they are able to concentrate and focus their chakra into incredible attacts doesn't mean there strong all the time. But they could have enough will power to break it idk.

For crying out loud Sakura isn't physically strong, its her chakra that allows her to punch so hard.
Tsunade i think she's naturally strong.

Of course shadow possession can restrain them unless they're at KCM level which they are obviously not.

It seems like the only people who can break out of the shadow possession just are people with strong chakra.
-Being physically strong won't help
-One must have strong chakra and most likely a lot of it.
--Hidan and Kakuzu got caught
--Kinkaku escaped because of his massive chakra(9-tails chakra)

IMO its all about the chakra not physical strength

Why wouldnt they not be restrained? Of course he would bind them, their chakras aren't so special, its because they can concentrate chara in fist thats why they are so strong. Nothing above it.

it'd probably take ALOT of his chakra and stamina but yea he can restrain them...and if he couldn't then he'd find a way to restrain them..because you know..he super smart lol

I Think He Can Restrain Sakura. (Her Chakra is not Large or strong)
But Not Tsunade!
Her Chakra comes from the Senju and Uzumaki Lineage, Meaning its Pretty Strong and She has An Extremely Large Chakra Reservoir.
And Apparently, The Shadow Technique Does not work Against people with Large Chakra Reservoirs.
