Can shikamaru become hokage?

He is strong but not strong enough to take on a lot of people. He also doesn't have a lot of chakara. You have to have a lot of power to take on others. I believe that he would be a greater asset as an advisor much like his father is now during the war arc than actual hokage. If you look at all the current hokages and past ones they all seem to be godlike with their fighting prowess. Nothing against Shikamaru but his shadow techniques aren't globaly feared.
