The Rinnegan can also see chakra just like the Sharingan , that's why Pain was able to see the barrier that was formed around Konoha , but he is not a sage and he is not trained in Senjutsu , so he got KO'ed by Frog Kata when Naruto punched Preta path .

The difference that settles this though is that the Sharingan would never see Frog Kata's effect on the Nature energy around it coming, similar to what happened here with the Kyuubi Chakra Cloak and how Sasuke didn't see it coming.

Depending on the user, this could even turn out to be killing blow seeing how easily Naruto was to kill Preta Path with one well placed Frog Kata blow.

You can't dodge what you can't see/sense , so a Sharingan user might dodge the fist , but the natural energy punch will hit him because he can't see/sense it .

No because of :

- Statement in manga that only those trained in senjutsu can see nature energy surrounding user body.

- Sharingan only see chakra not nature energy . Nature energy =/= chakra.

- There is no single feat that shows Sharingan can see nature energy. In vote 2 Sasuke said I can sense this nature energy he didnt say I can see it.

- Sharingan precognition would see line of attack but it wont be able to see extended reach (Which is nothing but nature energy around user).

-In vote 1 Sharingan could not predict movement of chakra arms because they are made from chakra .SHaringan only can predict movements of human physical body . It can´t predict when ninjutsu is going to be used.

Probably not, if sharingan precognition is based on movement(muscle twitches,etc) then he would see the faint punch, but not the nature energy that actually hits him. Granted this is all assuming a sharingan can't see nature energy, which personally I'm not sure of
