can sharingan genjutsu affect a byakugan?

ive been wondering,the byakugan's ability to see chakra surpasses the sharingan and rinnegan,users can bring out chakra from all over their boby. Do u think they can be caught in and can break out of any sharingan based genjutsu?

Why wouldn't it? Byakugan has nothing to do with Genjutsu...

Normal sharingan genjutsu no, MS yes. Only Uchiha with sharing can resist MS genjutsu. It also depends on the byakugan users skill level with there chakra control.

sure, the byakugan user can see the odd chakra flow in the opponents brain, and infer that it is genjutsu, but that doesnt mean they can stop it or even break it when they get hit.

I believe so. Byakugan users could see the chakra gathering in the eye and look away, but it should work in theory.

The byakugan can see through almost anything, but it probably depends on the user of the byakugan.

through their own iregular chakra flow they could tell their in a genjutsu but only depending on the user of the byakugan and or sharingan could determine if they break it.

No,probably mot using the byakugan itself as such.However since byakugan users are generally skilled in chakra control,they should be able to disrupt their chakra flow to break out of the genjutsu.That's how Bee broke out of Sasuke's tsyukomi(though he did mention one needs a partner to disrupt the chakra flow).But it's possible in theory.

They could, but only through eye contact. The byakugan user could just close his eyes and fight by looking through his eyelids. They could even avoid being caught in tsukuyomi that way since it requires eye contact as well.

Anyways, as pointed out by origin 29, byakugan user capable to see differing chakra flow in a person followed by that logic, suppose a person is hit by genjutsu he maybe able to disrupt that person chakra...but do byakugan user able to sense their own chakra disruption. If they do they may just be able to use as what Jiraiya taught Naruto. All of my theory is on regular genjutsu not MS or whatsoever...

i believe the majority of the byakugan clan would be able to brake the uchiha clan genjutsu. uchicha's like shisui and itachi gen would proply still catch all of them.
so answering ur question yeah but most would be able to brake out of it or at least know there in it
