Can Sharingan copy Sharingan

Or better yet can Sharingan copy MS techniques that are said to be unique to each Uchiha. For example can Sasuke use Sharingan to copy Kamui or is that off limits ?

No. Sharingan cannot copy MS techniques because the MS/sharingan is a genkei kekkai. Sharingan cannot copy genkei kekkais. Kakashi said himself in the fight vs Zabuza and Haku.

The Sharigan can only copy jutsu the user has the capacity to do. For example, Sasuke would be unable to use Kakashis Earth Wall jutsu. He can see it coming, but he does not possess an Earth Style nature so he cannot use the jutsu altogether.

Like for an example: Madara copied Hashirama's mokuton, but could not use it until he got mokuton himself.
