Can sharigan control the Nine tails?

I was wondering because some where earlier in the manga/anime it said that it could. If so, then sasuke would have the advantage over naruto in a fight, right?

If you have the Sharingan you can control the Tailed Beasts or just have raw strength. Sasuke could take control of Naruto but Naruto chakra will get saved by Kurama

yes it can control the nine tails, and saskue as been able to surpress the power even when he was inside naruto, however now that they are at an equal bond it would be impossibl for saskue to try and control the fox or summon him since he is sealed inside naruto and the more of a bond seal than a jail house now
