Can sealing techniques be undone?

Imagine there is a technique which can undo seals.Kabuto would be able to unseal all those ninja which he revived + the 4 hokages.

I think this might be his plan.He is going to edo tensei a ninja which was known for sealing techniques who is able to reverse them and make him sneek past the allied forces and unseal all the ninja.

Well seals get weaker over time, and some of them can be undone, except for the Death Ripper seal (at least for now)

It depends what type of seals.

Sealing techniques vary in degrees of strength. The Five Element Seal that Orochimaru did on Naruto, for example, was reversible. Jiraiya unsealed it.

But sealing techniques such as the Death God Seal and other high level sealing techniques aren't
