No, despite the whole "equal" thing that's supposed to be going on between them, in theory Naruto is incredibly stronger with the jutsu he has. Now that he can not only body flicker at will, but also have super-human senses and strength at the same time, Naruto is beyond anything Sasuke can throw at him currently.

I have a strong feeling Sasuke is going to get a power up very soon though, it's been awhile coming now.

Jutsu means nothing, they had the same amount of jutsus back then as well. Amaterasu literally counters them all except TBB (no confirmation).

Biju Dama / Kirin [Devastating Power]

Sasuke doesn't have the CM, that's why he's using Juugo for Senjutsus chakra. BM Naruto has more power than PS but as I said in other threads, having more power doesn't mean Naruto can't lose. Naruto has Speed, power, and stamina over Sasuke while Sasuke has his EMS reading ability, analyzing skills, and a power to fight on Naruto's level.

He's not instant? Minato is instant and Naruto at full speed was compared to Minato all 3 times he went full speed so he is instant. The only problem is that Naruto doesn't have full control over it yet so only used it 3x in total (Against Kisame, A and the 5 Bijuus). Also SM sensory would allow him to sense the jutsu and react (dodge) if he use his sensory (he doesn't always use it).

Actually BM was shown to have more power, Madara said the Bijuu have power comparable to his PS and BM Naruto matched the power of 5 fully powered Bijuu. BM Naruto has Speed, power and stamina (can be durability too). Madara compared the PS power to 1 Bijuu when he said "Bijuu" so all Bijuus are capable of the same amount of destruction but BM matched 5 fully powered Bijuus.

I think he can bsm is basically the same as bm but a few minor differences which I will explain. Narutos actually body receives only a small power up from sage mode WHILE in bijuu mode because bijuu mode gives him a massive power boost already. His attacks aren't really notably stronger just infused with senjutsu. The real problem bsm presents for sasuke is tbb which the only counter I see for sasuke is dodging or shooting while its charging in kuramas mouth.

Wrong, BM acts as the base so SM increases BM which increases Naruto. You seem to forget that Naruto is still New to his BSM and needs to train and master his powers. He can't even use his KM/BM full speed yet, he only used it 3x in total. Of course his jutsus wouldn't be noticeably stronger, Naruto was never at full power, he borrowed chakra from Yin Kurama both times he went BSM so was never at full power. He also has been fighting for 2-3 days.

Naruto can make SM/KM/BM clones to aid him. He made at least 1 BM clone so Sasuke can be attacked from behind while the KM/SM clones distract Sasuke. Kishi making Naruto act dumb and forgetful is one of the biggest thing that makes them even.

Senjuts curse mark fused with sasuke's body (sharingan predicting feat), susanoo legs, kirin, MS/EMS/perfect susanoo/amaterasu spam...equal.

Sasuke doesn't have the CM which is why Juugo was helping him. Sharingan can read fast movement but if they lack the speed to react then it's useless as seen when A vs Sasuke. Sasuke was still to slow to react in time to actually hit Obito and Naruto is new to his powers and can't control them as well. Naruto was starting to sense Obito meaning he was starting to get the hang of it.

Over all Naruto and Sasuke are equals. have to taken in the fact of Kishi keeping Naruto to act dumb as he was against Kabuto controlled Nagato.

few things wrong, When you said Sage mode and sharingan, it should be SM sensory and Sharingan reading movements (it doesn't sense chakra just see it). Frog kata extends the natural energy around Naruto and 1 KO it's target as it did to a Pain body (kage level) and Sasuke can't see it until he trains to see/sense natural energy. It's Rasenshuriken and Kirin (Kirin not on BM tbb level from what we seen).

They were meant to be equals before but Naruto is meant to be stronger, Kishi shows this by comparing Sasuke to Madara and Naruto to Hashirama and the Sage. Obito was the first person to compare Naruto to Hashirama an then Tobirama did more than once during the war and the Bijuus compare Naruto to the Sage who they knew more than anyone alive.

If so, by feats both forms are fairly comparable (both were learning to track juubito)
the main difference is that Naruto's main attack (bijudama) is AOE based and Sasuke's (Arrow) is precision based.
In conclusion, yes Sasukes susanoo can compete with BSM Naruto.
HOWEVER many people take note, The susanoo that has been shown to be comparable to Naruto's was formed after Naruto gave Sasuke chakra ( the very same chakra that boosted Kakashi's kamui multi-fold) and Juugo providing senjustu chakra for Sasuke to use. If your comparing Naruto to Sasuke it would be more appropriate to compare BSM Naruto to this Susanoo:

-because it is the only Susanoo (with feats) that Sasuke has shown to make by himself. In this comparison, no- Sasuke cannot compete with Naruto because the legless susanoo cannot compete with BSM.
Also at OP- how can you believe sage mode doesnot make BM stronger????? It has been shown to make everything else stronger/bigger-Sage mode rasengan is stronger than normal, it is even stated that it makes ninjustu,genjustu,taijustu stronger. - at the very least it would give naruto reflexes comparable or superior to a sharingan.

The reason I didnot mention Sasuke's strongest/perfect susanoo (one that covered the kyubi) is because its strength is unquantifiable ( it acted as a suit of armor for the kyubi) . I would assume its stronger, just like I assume Naruto (BSM) should be stronger than shown because he is currently sharing his chakra with the entire ninja alliance. -And more chakra usually = more power....

In conclusion - yes Sasuke's best feats (susanoo) are comparable to Naruto's ( they are shown attacking together, they even miss at the same time, and they tank the same attacks, and are both shown tracking obito)- the problem is that the feats that put Sasuke on Naruto's (BSM) level only happened after he was given kurama's chakra and juugo stepped in. End of story, if its legless Suasnoo Sasuke he is too stationary and Naruto will surround and biju dama his ass, with legged susanoo Sasuke is comparable to Naruto
