Can Sasuke's Solo Glance work on a Jinchuriki?

I don't think Tailed Beast can be release from Genjutsu that easy. Otherwise, Hashirama and Minato would have release the Nine-Tails that way.

Kurama was under a contract seal, its not the same thing and when Minato severe the seal from Obito, Kurama was realeased

Wrong. Obito had full control of the Nine-Tails, Minato had to take the contract from Obito.

With Hashirama, the Genjutsu was broken sometimes during the Buddha vs Perfect Susano'o Kurama fight. Hashirama only suppressed or put Kurama to sleep.

What he is saying is he can touch the Tailed Beast and release them from Genjutsu. That's not the case with Tailed Beast. If that was possible Naruto would have removed the Genjutsu Sasuke put on the Tailed Beast by touching them. Minato would have touched Kurama and release him. Hashirama would have touched Kurama and release him from Genjutsu.

On naruto? No. No worries I'll explain why (you were kind enough to procure the scan)
Since naruto has multiple tailed beasts inside of him and since they reside much deeper in naruto's subconscious, even if Sasuke was to attempt to do that to yin kurama the other beasts would not be effected and they would break both out.

It probably will work on a normal Perfect Jinchuriki, but i'd bet it won't on Naruto since he's the Yang of Sasuke's Yin, or something ridiculous like that. No reason why it shouldn't otherwise.
