I think the most it could barely tank YRS and save Sasuke from getting hit from the blast but still would get eradicated since that thing cut the Shinju in half.

No, I'm not.

-YRS didn't even cut Madara's body in half, no reason to believe it'll cut Rinnegan Sasuke's Susanoo in half or even seriously damage it. Not to mention Susanoo takes more than it can dish out. Sasuke's PS's attacks are stronger than YRS, so it gets tanked.

-Kairiki Musou increases Naruto's physical strength, but its best feat is breaking through her chakra fist and knocking her into a nearby cliff, and she suffered no noticeable damage whatsoever. Not doing anything to Susanoo.

-As I said above, I highly doubt one BDRS is enough to completely destroy Susanoo, but that's based off of opinion, common sense, and the above "Susanoo tanks much more than it dishes out" argument.

Yes, that's what I just said. Breaking through a chakra fists that Naruto's chakra arms matched isn't anything impressive enough for anyone to rationally come to the conclusion that a super punch from Naruto, that didn't even injure Kaguya moderately, isn't breaking Perfect Susanoo open.
