Can he switch his eye from sharirinnegan to eternal mangekyo sharirinnegan.. And some months ago I saw a spoiler of Naruto having rinnegan with '+' sage eyes. Is that true??

"sharirinnegan" isnt a thing, call it "sasuke's rinnegan".
And we weren't here before you we dont know much about sasuke's rinnegan, maybe it stays the same but his right eye doesnt and he can still use his s/ms/ems abiliti. Maybe like madara did.
Is it possible this "spoiler" was just fanart?
