can sasuke use two-headed susanoo now?

I am theorizing that madara's susanoo has two heads cuz its his and izuna's combined into one since he has izuna's eyes. If this is true then Dr. Snakes should be able to use a two headed one as well.

The two heads do seem beneficial as one can perform hand seals whilst the other attacks.

Well Sasuke's susanoo has 4 arms now but still only one face, and dont forget that Madara also has the rinnegan so you cant expect sasuke to really be at that level yet, still it may be possible in the future!

2 headed susanoo isnt some power up, thats just how Madaras is

Its NOT two heads. The more complete version of sussanoo actually wears armor over its body. Thats why it looks like one head is inside of the other, it actually wears a mask with its armor kinda like how ANBU wears masks. Just an FYI

Madara is a special breed and the strongest of the Uchiha. When you're the strongest of your clan, you get special abilities like a two-headed Susanoo and Rinnegan.

Look at the latest chapter, kabuto first attacks with multi-snake heads and itachi and sasuke counter all of them with susanoo, itachi's 4 arms are plainly visable as he GRABS the snake heads to avoid killing kabuto, sasuke it a dumbass who doesnt listen to itachi and starts cutting the heads off, but there is a panel with both susanoos next to each other just look close at their arms
