Can Sasuke use Shinra Tensei?

Very controversial topic. Some say he can, while others say he can't

Point to be noted: Sasuke doesn't have the standard pair of rinnegan (like Madara and Hagoromo), rather a sinlge tomoed rinnegan


Do you believe Sasuke can use Shinra Tensei? I personally have no opinion because I'm conflicted

Manga hasn't shown it, but it definitely seems possible since Sasuke has already used deva path, which I believe uses ST. Other paths are still possible, since Sasuke has used arguably the strongest path-deva path.

You can imply that he can since he does have a rinnegan but who knows rinnegans may be like sharnningans it differs from user to user, perhaps sasuke just doesn't know he has the ability yet.

He most likely used the Preta Paths absorbtion to get the Bijuus chakra.

Theoretically, he can. The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Just because he didn't use it, doesn't mean he can't.​

One could then argue that because obito doesn't have ameterasu and tsykyomi his eyes shouldn't have been able to use susano...welp we saw how THAT panned out, sorry man but logic in Naruto is kishi logic and kishi logic doesn't make sense it defies it's own logic it's counterintuitive.
