Can Sasuke use Kirin ?

Can he use his ability to channel lightning to remake Indra's arrow ? I'm thinking this is what Indra would've done against Ashura because there were no bijuu at the time

Nah no need Indra's chakra was as powerful as biuji chakra since Indra inherited the sages strong chakra gene.
To counter that power 6psm was given to Ashura.

Ps. Sasuke used the biuji chakra to take fuel it not that the arrow needed biuji chakra to be formed.

Natural lightning is pretty weak tbh, only good thing about it is it's speed.

Sasuke is better of just using his own chakra, unless he has very little left or he is trying to conserve chakra for what ever reason.

Indra was 25% Otsutsuki so he still wasnt fully human which is another reason he was so powerful. There is also the possibility that he learned sage mode from his father. He certainly recognized the power of the six paths.

I'm aware of that but I'm asking could he produce an arrow of the same power if he used his ability to channel lightning from the sky

I have to disagree, BZ stated that the power is more than what the user can naturally do, so if he used Kirin it would be a more powerful version of what he could do with normal chakra.

Maybe for a normal shinobi with normal chakra, Rinnegan sasuke with rikudou boost should be more than enough to easily surpass kirin.
