thats a logical fallacy. you're shifting the burden of evidence. the person who made the positive claim has to provide the evidence. you need to post the scan of sasuke doing what you're claiming.

OT: He might be able too, however he's not going to be able to maintain it as long as he normally could with a normal PS. Enton still costs chakra, and if he uses it in conjunction with susanoo, he'll probably be able to keep it up for little less than half a swing. Seeing as he could only keep up his current susanoo with Naruto's boost, for about one slash.

Until they get the sages power they will never pass Minato, ever.

Speed as well, power is not all they need to have. Naruto and Sasuke are the forbidden jutsu's, together they are the strongest (unless you vs Minato and Itachi)

And the fact that he has shown to be more than capable of doing so based on his display of charka controll sheilding naruto with PS and even adjusting to his charka levels.
