Can Sasuke use delayed Rinne Tensei like Madara used delayed Izanagi?

If Naruto kills Sasuke, could he program his eye to use rinne tensei to automatically revive him every time he dies?

Madara did the exact same thing with Izanagi and it brought him back after he died. In Madara's case though it was stupid because he could've just used it in his fight with Hashirama instead of after Hashirama killed him but in Sasuke's case it would make sense since rinne tensei only works on dead people.

Also rinne tensei doesn't make the eye blind, so unlike Izanagi, Sasuke could use it indefinitely.

Wouldn't that make him immortal?

1: A person can't use rinne tensei on themselves, it requires a sacrifice of someone elses life.
2: Madara used izanagi after the fight because he already got what he wanted (hashirama cells).

OT: rinne tesei needs a sacrifice so how could sasuke use it on himself... I mean wouldnt madara have done that to begin with?
