I've said no because Madara is the most Elite member of the Uchiha and now possesses Senju DNA & Hashirama's powers. It's too much for Sasuke to catch up to. Even if he got Rinnegan.

Madara got MS at age 12,Sasuke managed at 16/17. One is better than the other.

1st of all this thread is useless in the sense that None of U have seen what Madara can do

All u have seen is what the Edo Rinnegan madara can do & what the Edo madahashima(madara + hashimara)can do

We have heard of the great Madara who fought hashimara several time but we have not & might not see that madara

But just to answer U

sasuke can't surpass madara in some ways like controlling the fox & stamina & chakara

sasuke can surpass him like in sasunoo & EMS

But Note even if sasuke gets Reningan he will never be able to surpass Edo Madahashima
