No. Naruto only has a piece of the bijuu's chakra....meaning he'll drain before sasuke.

The ability Chibau Tensei and Susano'o is required from what I've seen the meteors Madara summoned were Stabilized Chibaku Tensei's so I guess with prep Sasuke can too.

I'm pretty sure Madara pulled meteors with Deva path via Susanoo. He didn't do anything summon or create it and he was using his Rinnegan. So Sasuke would need to have Deva path to do that or create his own via CT.

True but does he knows how to use it properly to use the push/pull aspect if the power? We know he has to have Deva path since it was Deva Pein that used CT but Sasuke is figuring how his power works as he goes so I don't see him pulling meteors since he doesn't even know that Madara did that.
