Can Sasuke still subjugate the 9 tails

It is said that Strong users of the Sharingan especially the mangekyo Sharingan can use their abilities to enter the subconscious location within a jinchūriki to directly suppress their tailed beast's chakra, as Sasuke demonstrated when he entered Naruto's subconscious and suppressed the Nine-Tails' chakra. Can this still be done even with Naruto having full control of Kurama and knowing that, Would Kurama allow anyone to penetrate Naruto's subconscious?
