i dont see why not, provided the conditions are still in place once he uses it. if not, then he would need to create it again and thats just not practical so hes much better off using his other jutsus

I feel like kirin should have been used with Susanoo instead of indras arrow.aybe an arrow Kirin. I miss that awesome jutsu.
