Can Sasuke react to Naruto?

Yes his enton is a powerful shield .... And tbb takes time to shoot ...
But the sheer chakra and clones naruto has will be in his favor for fight ....perfect susanoo should not be given to sasuke ...he should get diff powerup ....

Given the fact that Sasuke can instantaneously one shot him with Amaterasu, he can do more than react.

It's arguable. He had the reflexes, timing and aim to fire an enton arrow at his flying Rasenshuriken, which I'm assuming is the same speed as Gated+Nine Tails chakra Lee, which is extremely fast.

And even if he wasn't running at full speed, the fact he could keep up with KCM Naruto is extremely impressive.

Not really, Naruto had his Chou Rasenshuriken ready before Sasuke was even at the proper range then Naruto yelled Sasuke to let him know when to fire so it was Naruto for the timing and Sasuke was aiming his arrow. As for the keeping up with KM, not hard to, Naruto was moving at his base speed. KM speed doesn't takes into effect until he use his blitz speed which is when everyone only sees a "yellow flash" as stated when Bee and Tsunade seen it. Yamato stated Naruto was not close to mastering it like Minato when he used his speed on Kisame. So Naruto vs A was Naruto adjusting his speed (told himself he needs to go faster) then when A went at him full force with the intent to kill Naruto used full speed.

Many don't think that he can, since Naruto was able to react to the 4th Raikage's V2, but Sasuke couldn't.

However, I believe that Sasuke might actually be able to due to his fight with A/Ey.

We have seen in the past that Sasuke was able to better his ability to read and react through fighting.

An example could be when he fought Bee.

You can see that from his fight with Naruto he was able to learn how read and react to the chakra cloak.

As well, after he fought lee, he was able to copy his movements, and that was just a 2 tomoe.

So yeah this is why I think that Sasuke should be able to now react to Naruto.

Sasuke only said it was the same as when Naruto used it. Sasuke still couldn't react to Bee' speed, he said himself that he could only read him because Bee was moving in a straight line so if Bee was moving around like A was against Sasuke then he wouldn't be able to react to Bee's attacks. This is further supported by the fact that Sasuke asks Karin (in the same page) to feel Bees chakra and anticpate his movements and let them know his location.

Lee was faster than Sasuke yes but Lee said himself that the Sharingan allows you to see his fast movements but that's nothing if you don't have the speed to react. This was Lee's speed base speed without removing his leg weights or using gates so that example didn't really help the post. Sasuke never see's Lee fight again since that. He was unconscious when Lee came to help against the sound ninja in the chunin exam, Kakashi took Sasuke to the hospital before Lee fought Gaara, Sasuke was off somewhere else when Lee and Gaara fought Kimmimaru. 2 Tomoes is the level you learn to read and copy movements, Kakashi said he helped Sasuke with getting his speed up because Sasuke could only copy Lee's moves but not his speed.

Against A, Sasuke could see A's movements with MS, he just wasn't fast enough to react. He can't learn how to react, he needs to get physically fast OR his EMS powers up his ability to read movements which will allow him to react to A's V2 lightning armor. As for Naruto, A claimed that he was the fastest ninja alive but then Naruto showed greater speed which made Naruto the fastest ninja live.

How is Naruto faster than A just from Dodging A? Well first off A was going full speed with the intent to kill Naruto (Bee thought this) and Naruto dodged A's punch that was point blank in his face. Tsunade then states that it was like a yellow flash. Also why would Bee be surprised that Naruto dodged it if anyone could? Bee himself fast but his reaction leads one to conclude that it was never done before (dodging with speed). Naruto's speed is compared to Minato's who as A stated was faster than him.

Susano'o erection is faster than the lightening strike. Naruto or anyone else isn't faster that 4000 km / sec. He can most definitely react to Naruto and erect the protective chakra. That's all he needs to accomplish.

Lol multiple rasenshurikens will hurt sasuke and his susanoo and his enton shield ...even madara used rinnegan for it which sasuke not have ...
His sharingan is useless against so many clone attacks ....
Sasuke is still weak needs powerup ... Naruto should fight sasuke with intent to kill or it will be worthless final fight insultinng sasuke further
