Can Sasuke open 8 gates?
When Sasuke dawned his black suit at the chunin exams.
It's not his style but he copied Rock Lee speed in a month so I'm pretty sure he doesn't really need to train that much to open the gates. Sasuke is also a genius so I think he would be able to pull it off but it would not be needed since he has jutsu he can use and curse mark.

Probably would cap at 5-6. He doesn't have the physical endurance to use the higher gates properly.

Rock Lee trained about 2-3 years in taijutsu got up to the 4th gate I think and Sasuke trained for a month and was equal to Rocklee + he even had jutsu and better chakra control not to mention he learned chidori within that month and was practicing it for some time and you need speed to use chidori so he basically copied Lees speed in under a month

That means nothing. Sasuke was never trained in or otherwise shown using any of the gates. Opening the 8 gates is something that must be learnt it is not an innate ability.

Kakashi can use it because he trained himself to.

Lee did that and somehow Lee is still a chunin. While Shikamaru and Sakura are Jonin. Shika is fine but can you imagine Sakura as a jonin leader? What's she gonna teach genin? How to roll over when you get hit and how to wait for someone else to save you?
