Can sasuke live in konoha now?

The reason I ask this is because well part of or the main reason sasuke left the village after kakashi became hokage is because he was searching for traces/remanants of kaguya so that he could prevent her revival etc which is why he travelled to her dimensions and was away from the village and his family for years but then when sasuke returned his eye powers were weakened and he warned of an impending threat which was greater than kaguya but now that threat is eradicated shouldn't that mean that sasuke could return to the village and live there or will he continue to travel the world protecting it(including the leaf village) from the shadows but seriously it would be silly for sasuke to continue to be away from the village even when he's a frail old man cause surely his daughter and maybe sakura would want to be by his side when he eventually dies.

After the war, Kakashi and Naruto got Sasuke pardoned for all of his crimes, which means he's no longer a rogue ninja. He chooses to stay away from the village to search for anything that could threaten the world's newfound peace. He can come back anytime he wants. However, he's free to come and go as he pleases. Who knows, maybe he'll return to the village permanently at some point - if Sakura and Sarada weren't reason enough for him to come back, there's also a prothetic arm waiting for him.

He technically could come and live in the village, but he chooses to be the protector from afar, searching for Kaguya for some reason. I dont understand why he has to travel around if she is in another dimension, could he just teleport from his bedroom and still be with his family?

What movie novel? I like this, I have been thinking to myself it would
Be cool to see a filler series of basically the adventures of Sasuke and Boruto. It would be so sick, Sasuke leaves the village like a Jiraiya character and Boruto is the part 1 Naruto. And they fight Otsutsukis, whether they're fodder or OP. Would be sick
