No, it doesn't work like that. Rikudou enchancements are different than SM, i think you missed out the filler episode where they expounded on this. Go watch it and then it'll clear up the misconceptions.

Curse Mark is a weak version of Sage Mode and it put a huge strain on Sasuke's body. He isn't learning Sage Mode let alone mastering it. Sage Mode requires not only a strong body to harness the strain, it also requires immense amount of Chakra and control to gather Natural Energy. Sasuke has none of those requirements.
Madara himself thought he was going to have trouble harnessing large amount of Senjutsu and ended up taking only small of amounts, and Madara is superior to Sasuke in every way.
OT: If Minato could who was of no special lineage, then it's highly possible. Actually, it's a definite for Sasuke since he meets all the prerequisites if you compare him with Minato alone. He has overall better chakra control, chakra reserves and he's as intelligent as him, albeit not on a pioneering level. When you think about that, for Sasuke, at this point, it would just be a walk in the park. But, to be austere, he could not be able to maintain SM for long periods. Taking sternly into account he pragmatically has more chakra than Tobirama who could only make 4 clones when revived at 70% and x2 more than Boruto Uzumaki, who might never reach him with his normal reserves when he grows up, even as a 1/4 Uzumaki, and son of an Ashura, Sasuke would master SM faster than Minato, and be able to maintain it as much as Tobirama revived at full power would and longer due to be more capable having an exceeding chakra control that is only rivalled by Hagoromo, and the chakra reserves that are comparable to a full-blooded Senju with chakra only surpassed by Hashirama. :ashuma:
He can as he already has experience fusing Senjutsu via the cursemark. I just don’t think he could take it to the same levels Naruto did. Sauce isn’t a body type.
