Can Sasuke/Itachi perform this feat?

If Itachi and Sasuke have a fanfiction fight and Itachi uses Amatersu on Sasuke,can Sasuke control and disperse Itachi's flames as well? Or can he only control his Enton?
Same for Itachi(can he control Sasuke's flames?)
