itachi uses a tsukoyomi genjutsu, and sasuke uses a genjutsu sharingan on kabuto....


-thus since sasuke now has bith itachi's eyes and a rinnesharingan ...he can now cast genjutsu sharingan with his right eye, and cast tsukoyomi with his rinnesharingan at the same time ,at naruto and kurama....like that kurama will not be able to awake naruto from sasuke's genjutsu...


-also remember sasuke was able to controll 9 tailed beasts at teh same time with just his Rinneshringan...

OT: Yes, that's always been a possibility with the Sharingan. Because of that eye, he can enter the subconscious... enabling him to genjutsu the Bijuu and then the Jin.

You don't unlock Mangekyou then not have the abilities. you either have it or you don't. The only excuse would be is if sasuke didn't know he unlocked Mangekyou but he clearly shows he knew about unlocking MS before going after killer B. so what it means is sasuke didn't know he could use susanoo yet, despite already having it and proof of that is he mentions he wanted to test something else out prior to heading to the kage summit.
