Two things. Yes Sasuke has Preta path. anyone with rinnegan can access the seven basic paths. Sasuke has used Preta before but obviously it's nerfed.

he can escape with amenotejikara as its teleportation which doesnt require any physical movement and its doujutsu so sasuke doesnt also need to move physically to activate it. he couldnt move freely in kaguyas gravity dimension but was able to warp towards her with ameno.

at least read the manga properly before trying to sound smart. he absorbed kuramas chakra from naruto so yes he does indeed have preta path.
