I don't think Sasuke needs to avoid Amatarasu I believe he could probably redirect it with Susanoo or just have Susanoo active Amatarasu does not burn chakra I believe.

I doubt it. For those referring to sasuke vs itachi fight the feat doesn't not count since itachi wasn't going for the kill. V2 Raikage barely dodged it sasuke doesn't posses that kind of speed.

Sasuke cannot dodge amaterasu but can out-run it for very few seconds. Even his susanoo won't protect him until he could extinguish amaterasu flames.
