First of all Sakura's attack just got blocked , Limbo Madara did the same with Naruto back then while he was using the hermit rods, Limbo Madara blocked the attack and kicked Madara back but still got injured on his arm.

Second, it seems like your forget about the fact that Sasuke is able to use the s06p chakra aswell, It was even stated in the manga when they blitzed Madara with the rasengan and chidori.

Also do keep in mind he is using a Chakra blade with his hand which has the moon on it and thus contains S06P Chakra which
is able to injure Limbo clones.
