Similarly,Itachi with his Mangekou sharingan dely his amaterasu activation in Sasuke eyes against Tobi/obito enounter.If uchiha can delay abilities to spawn at certain period ,then Sasuke should be able to set traps OP jutsu like amaterasu at specific spot on the ground or his surrounding to activate when someone walk on it or at a given time?If Sasuke think about this then he can not be defeated because his oponent will be unaware of jutsu traps Sasuke set for them.

if for some reason he does get it.... it will be another hand out like all of his other abilities

i dont think it works that way.
He can set his sharingan in such a way that it automatically activates a jutsu if a certain "event" happens,much like itachi did.

From what we know, i think it only works on sharingan and sharingan alone.
