Can sasuke deactivate his rinnigan?

Since he's gotten it he has yet to go back to normal eyes. I can't remember but In the picture for the movie does he have regular eyes or still have his rinne-sharingan activated?

Then can he deactivate his sharingan? Typically he should be able too but he hasn't yet. And madara was able to switch rinnigan to sharingan and off. I think the only reason the others couldn't do it was because it wasn't their rinnigan. Kinda like kakashi and his sharingan

When Madara was alive he was never shown deactivating his own rinnengan. only when he was edo did he switch.

Yes, he can. Madar can deactivate coz he awakened it whereas Sasuke borrowed it from Sage

Rinnegan so far is the only dojutsu that seems to not have a deactivation phase/state; same with juubi eye.

Only the owner of the eye can deactivate it so Sasuke can.Don't start saying its Itachi's eyes and all, you understood what i meant. What with this stupid threads about Rinnegan can't deactivated ?
