Only rinnegan allows user to manipulate all five elements, sharingan does not. It only allows the user to copy others jutsu's. Even nagato couldn't use combine all the elements and create Onmyoudon because he lacked juubi's chakra. Juubi's chakra is the essence here. Without it Onmyoudon cannot be used.

Actually you only need the Rinnegan, Madara taught Obito Yin/Yang jutsus and the Sage's Jutsus remember? Juubi is not needed so Nagato could have used it since he master all 6 natures but if he knew how is something only Kishi knows.

We know that shinobi can learn other jutsu ,explain by Shikamaru.Most of the non earth release user could not use earth release but Shikamaru use ino to teach the allaince the technique inorder to deflect the juubi tbb.

If the shinobi allaince can learn doton release then Sasuke or any ninja could learn other element jutsus .Sasuke have his sharingan which will allow him to varies the element jutsu skill by copying other jutsu.Sasuke is very good at manipulated jutsu he collect into different form.There could be a high possibility that when Sasuke master all these element,he can create obito dark and light jutsu
I know Obito jutsu is a advance blood line limit he aquire from being the jubi host but Sasuke is good at manipulating nature jutsu .

Sasuke can't create the chakra nature of jutsus he copies nor can he manipulate copied jutsus. The sharingan copies the jutsu, Sasuke can't do the jutsu with the sharingan nor mimic the chakra nature. Only confirm jutsus Kakashi shown to be his was Lightning and earth since he stated Lightning was his and he used earth style without the sharingan but as for other elements, they were all used with the Sharingan so no one can say he water or fire are his elements since he never shown to do it without the sharingan.

You need the Rinnegan to have all elements, it's the creation of all jutsus. Madara who had the Rinnegan taught Obito the Sage's jutsus and Yin-Yang jutsus so Juubi isn't needed, only Rinnegan and training. Obito's black rod consist of at least 4 elements so could be more, it's like Oonoki's jinton so might have Earth, fire and wind plus 1 or more.

It was Hiruzen who said it and he said "at least" meaning that's the lowest amount that it can be made with but can still have more

third said it was SIMILAR to onoki kekkai tota which requires 3 nature type look at the other panel where he said it he's combining at LEAST 4 nature types which surpass both kekkai genkai and kekkai tota.
