I don't think Byakugou can be copied since it's required chakra storing for 3 years straight. All you need is perfect chakra control so I guess Sasuke could easily get a Byakugou if he wanted.

Yeah but it relies on Uzumaki sealing talent, Sakura is exception because she has Tsunade's talent.

I think he can. It does require a hand seal for release. He can learn it with ease, though. I mean, it took Sakura three damned years to store a shitty amount of chakra compared to what Sasuke handled in a few seconds, despite her low reserves granting her good control. It was several hundred times larger and potent in volume and he applied the most advanced form of Spatial and Elemental Recomposition upon it to turn it into Raiton and various weapons without mixing it with his PS, which he had turned into a Mezo-like container.

His feat was the opposite of COAT. He did that in a few seconds. Sasuke can easily learn and master Byakugou within a few seconds. But, why would he need a tech that shortens a user's lifespan? It's such a pontless tech bar its capability to mass-heal.
