That would make for an interesting plot twist but that won't happen because this battle is between Sasuke and Naruto alone. It's the most anticipated fight in the series. Kishi won't increase the gap between the two protagonists. If he does make Sasuke the Juubi's Jinchuuriki, there's no chance Naruto can defeat him alone. Naruto would have to seek assistance from others and thus the battle is between him and his comrades and Sasuke. Kishi, and all of us, don't want that. But yes, I guess he can become the Juubi's Jinchuuriki.

All jinchurikis were specifically chosen to be the vessel of tailed beasts
For the 8 tails he was chosen specifically
Kushina was
Naruto was
Gaara was
And so on
Madara and obito were able to because of their multiple enhancements
Sasuke was basically given indras power the power of his sight
Naruto was given the chakra of his body
I honestly don't think he would be able to and tbh he doesn't even need to

Once again
Sasuke is a true heir of Indra he wouldn't use the tailed beasts or anything to help him fight naruto
