Yes, they should be able to. Even Obito was able to use a weak version of Mokuton after just receiving Hashirama's cells. It doesn't really suit either Naruto or Sasuke's fighting style though.

Tsunade heals people with her chakra I guess that means everyone has senju chakra now, beter yet sasuke bit Karin so he must have uzumaki blood? Naruto revived kakashi's eyes with Rikoudo chakra, rikoudo kakashi confirmed :leaf: pls refrain from trying to defecate sasuke just because you revive someone via some method like that does not mean sasuke has senju DNA imbedded in him with that logic sasuke should have a lot more than just senju DNA embedded like uzumaki from Karin Nowhere does it say that sasuke had senju DNA nor does it say that sasuke was IMPLANTED with senju DNA, scans pls, refrain from fanfics Naruto fanboys are just trying to belittle sasuke, sauce doesn't need senju DNA implanted in him. Which is why I'm glad he turned the artificial arm down, unlike Maddy and most of the world, sasuke can resist hashi's strong wood that sauce :leaf:

Kakashi should also have rikoudo chairs with this logic, hashirama's cells were not implanted into sasuke, they were just used as a medium in order to heal sasuke, he did after all include medical ninjutsu. I bet sasuke has uzumaki chakra from Karin from biting her I wonder if rikoudo gai is a thing I wonder if the shinobi alliance still has the nine tails chakra in them wholly
