Can sasuke absorb ninjutsu using his rinnegan?

I was wondering if he could use the same powers pain used and madara. Also I wanted to know if sasuke could take on the shinobi alliance and drop meteors.

He should always be passively absorbing any and every kind of chakra.

He is fused with Jugo which passively absorb sage chakra and any chakra, which is why only Jugo and Sasuke cloaks disappeared and everyone else didn't back when Jubito knocked Naruto and Sasuke to the ground.

There's been nothing for him to absorb. Every attack so far has been sage techs. There hasnt been any direct contact with chakra. I think so but kishi hasnt portrayed him to as of yet. :sasuke:

Well it has since he absorbed Naruto's cloak, but that's for a different reason.

If the time comes I'm sure he will, plus Sasuke doesn't have his other eye awakened yet which unlocks the users true abilities.

You can absorb senjutsu chakra, just not natural energy, there is a difference.

Preta path absorbed jiraiyas boiling oil ocean without flinching, senjutsu attacks can be safely absorbed, I think he just can't use all the paths, one would not be foolish to assume so since obito confirmed that 1 rinnegan<2. As ppl said before if Sasuke could do so he'd have absorbed madara's lightning.

Sage art Goemon, his 3 way attack with the toad sages, he spews oil,shima fire, and fukasaku spews wind, it was a huge tsunami of flaming oil and preta had no trouble absorbing it, ppl saying he didn't absorb it because it's sage powered have no clue what they're talking about, until confirmed otherwise Sasuke can't use preta
