As Bruce Lee is reported to have, a man who has done one kick a thousand times is more troublesome than a man who has done a thousand kicks once.

The sentiment is that familiarity lends itself to mastery and is repeated in the saying of a master with a stick defeats a novice with a sword.

In this case, it means that the Sound Gate Guardians as a group have an advantage over Sasori controlling many bodies. Five minds with a body each have an advantage over one mind controlling many bodies.

That is, unless the one mind has an overwhelming advantage in any category, such as levels, scaling or powers, such that not all bodies and minds are equal.

In terms of powers, Sakon and Ukon can be argued to be immune to poison due to their ability to turn themselves into molecules, but that is only while their ability is active so it is limited, if true. As for their attack, they would have to get close to Sasori after figuring out his secret. Kidomaru has arrows that should easily bust through any defence here, but his armour is mostly suitable for energy attacks while Sasori uses physical puppets. With his physiology, Sasori may be immune to the illusions of Tayuya but her energy eating worms could land a surprise hit on his heart. Besides that, she has no particular defence. Jirobo is mostly a slugger and his trap dome requires an ambush, so he is least useful here. Kimimaro, excluding his extraordinary willpower, hs the best skillset for avoiding puppets and getting to Sasori, with his bone teleportation.

Overall, Sasori can kill any of them bar an active Kimimaro and if they get a chance they can all prove useful against him.

To calculate chances, we must look at scaling. Sasori, whether via his 3rd KK victory or implied superiority to Deidara or his victory over Lady Chiyo who herself has achievements against a KCM Naruto clone, should scale to V4 speeds with his perceptions, while his puppets or his magnetic iron attack can be V5. Of the bunch, Kimimaro in normal, healthy form has achievements against a V2 speed KCM clone (body flicker). With CM2, he should then go to V4 while his teleportation or projectiles can be V5. The others are implied to be a collective stomp for Kimimaro. If everyone was in normal form during that fight, then they should all be a level below him in speed at best. If they used their CM2 forms, then they are 3 levels below him. That puts them at V2 speeds, matching with their fight against Raido, who should be at V1 speeds himself, calling them beyond human - a statement used by Gaara for 7th Gate Guy.

As for how the fight would go, the four 'kids' would have to survive the initial onslaught from Sasori in order to be useful later on. Kimimaro could offer a defensive wall, allowing Jirobo, Sakon and Ukon and Kimimaro to set up something with their Earth Style, Rashomon Gate and Energy Webs. Should that step be successful, Kimimaro could then go on the attack, giving Tayuya a chance to set up her worms. From here, it is possible the worms kill Sasori if he is not aware to dodge them or that Kimimaro forces the heart to jump with his onslaught. Once that happens, either Kimimaro or Kidomaru can attack directly and kill Sasori. However, with no knowledge on his poisons, Kimimaro could take a hit from Sasori thinking it inconsequential and die from that - discounting will power business. If he dies, the others would be made quick work of from a distance since none of them have a standing defence against his powers and he has a multi-level scaling advantage to control the flow of battle.

So it could go either way, but all things fair I see the team winning due to their association with Orochimaru (knowledge) and their own battle genius limiting any experience advantage Sasori has.

As for their overall value, the variety and multiple heads of the group should make them more valuable than Sasori in any controlled situation - such as an assassination attempt on a known target while Sasori is better with daily comings and goings due to his scaling and experience.
