can sasori be a kazekage?

I would like people to describe to me what makes people sannin lvl?
we got the three sannin losing to one guy that later lost to another which later was beaten by Naruto.
To me that seems pretty weak that 3 people lost against one.
Yes pain won against hanzou because of the way he resurects his bodys.
But the secret of their jutsus is what makes them strong and if you pass that you have an upper hand.
That old hag happened to be sasoris grandmother and also a puppet master. Knowing more or less what to expect.
Reason why i said sasori sucks is because i dont like they way puppet masters fight. Cowards...

There isn't a "Sannin" level.
The three Sannin (Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade) were all KAGE level.
Sannin was a nickname of sorts, given to those three specifically.
It isn't a ninja rank.

yup I agree.. to become a Kage or a leader being strongest in the vill isn't the only thing required... sure he mite have been the strongest in the sand... but killin living ppl and making puppets out of em.. LOL.. I don't think he wud hav been an acceptable Kazekage..

YA it wasn't a fair battle with two VS One but abt being SAsori as KAGEKAGE Would be like MAdara the next hokage..However Sasori is dead now if he was still alive, he still even a part of sand....coz ...("..") cmon ppl he is a s-ranked criminal missing nin frm sand...He would be dead if he even came to sand without any talks..however he could beat kankuro when deidara attacked the village but time has changed and Gaara is more stronger(I hope) and.
