Depending on where you focus the chakra, CES isn't all that advanced.

Sakura's ground pound is only ranked as a chunin level technique in terms of difficulty

You know that it's ranked as a thaijutsu technique? One would assume it's referring to the concept of punching itself.

To put it plainly, chakra is what fuels a jutsu. The mental and physical energies of a shinobi’s body are joined together into stamina, which is internally converted into chakra, the energy source for a jutsu’s activation. The efficiency of this conversion is influenced by the user’s skill. Being able to efficiently convert stamina means a possibility to cast an even larger number of jutsu. In addition, chakra can be used to temporarily trigger some physical abilities. Thanks to this, shinobi can perform superhuman physical feats.

I would think that bold suggests all shinobi can use chakra to enhance their strength. And i think an example would be when p1 base Sasuke was able to throw/fling both Kidomaru and Jirobo at the same time despite having only a 2 in strength at the time. [ ].

Tbh, i'm not sure how the CES name got stuck with Tsunade and Sakura only.. But if you are talking about Cherry Blossom Impact which is the canonical name of their explosive punches, then based on Kishi's description of the tech, it should not be copy-able because its stated "Its an advanced form of medical ninjutsu" but then again, it doesn't seem like it would be difficult for others when literally everyone has the ability to focus chakra in certain parts of their body.

[ ]-[ ] The effect on the ground from Hinata's palm strike here is as a result of the chakra she had in her palm because of GF. She doesn't have any form of regular body strength to create such an effect and then there's Naruto's punch from the Last. Those two are just examples i can think of that seem to replicate what Sakura/Tsunade do.

Sasuke implied that chakra can enhance strength in part 1 , when lee stopped his kick, he said" that's some powerful chakra in his arm." Even though it wasn't, many people fail to enhance there strength, unless it fueled by a cloak or powerful chakraZ

Naruto failed at enhancing his strength with normal chakra alone during his sage training, Sakura and tsuande does it effortlessly, and extremely precisely. The fact that others struggle to do this and they don't speaks volumes

@bold: Jinrou showing his intellectual dishonesty as always misrepresnting facts as always. I guess Hinata fanboying does that to an individual.

The mini crater was already there pre Hinata’s attempted palm strike.

He also neglected that CES isn't just focusing chakra on a limb, but releasing it at the right moment too when mentioning that "literally everyone has the ability to focus chakra in certain parts of their body." Rasengan itself is achieved through skilled application of skills that are used in simpler tasks like walking on water, but you won't see people downplaying the fact that Rasengan is unquestionably difficult compared to the elementary tasks.

Bold includes good points i agree with and mostly forgot lol.. as for the rest, i disagree. Its more like other characters don't utilize strength based stuff and why we barely see the strength thing in play.

Naruto failed at enhancing his strength with normal chakra alone during his sage training, Sakura and tsuande does it effortlessly, and extremely precisely. The fact that others struggle to do this and they don't speaks volumes

So getting Senjutsu increases Chakra control? Since he could lift the statue with senjutsu does that mean if he tries with regular chakra again, he would be able to lift the statue?

I highly doubt these.. i think its more like regular chakra with his base strength at the time wasn't enough.. unlike Tsunade whose base strength is at its peak every time.

I disagree. CES is advanced based on what it does.

The Chakra Control requirment is super advanced which is why even Shizune a jonin , didn't have it nor could she get it. Even if its ranked chunin level , this doesn't explain why Kakashi didn't copy it nor why Shizune couldn't learn it , but instead makes you wonder even more.

Sharingan auto copies moves and even somehow copied the ability to open the 1st Gate which is internal. Kakashi himself knows exactly how CES is done , has a sharingan and has seen it mutpile times cant do it.

What Shizune couldn't get was Byakugo which is S-ranked though. That she never showed the explosive punches doesn't mean she couldn't do them.. it might not have fit her style or something the same way base rasengan is superior to base chidori but Kakashi never uses rasengan offensively iirc.
