It has come to my attention, over watching all the arguments over this matter, that right now hinata is taking big jumps for Naruto while sakura has begun to be seen far away from him, looking at the situation from a distance. Sakura has scene both of the biggest strides she has taken first hand and even comments with emotional conflict when she first made a confession. She knows that hinata loves Naruto and she knows Naruto knows it to. I think that kishi is making her keep distance for a reason. And here is why.
1. There styles for supporting Naruto are very different and might clash if done at the same, or near the same time.
2. Speaking of the battle and currently what is happening, if sakura jumps in right now she would just be a third wheel.
3. I can’t imagine getting involved sakura is bossier than hinata and would most likely begin overpowering her as the voice of support. It seems that an argument might between the two could possibly be caused.

Hinata has never caused anyone pain or grief (the neji situation was all in neji's head) and has always wanted to hold her own in situations, I doubt she has ever hurt anyone's feelings and is slowly overcoming her shyness. I can’t see a way for narusaku to happen where she isnt hurt or crushed. Sakura has a heart and she knows hinata has always loved him while she has not. She would have to do it with the conscience that hinata loves him and has been committed for a very long time, has risked her life for him and accepted that she would probably die for him, which she cannot say for herself.
I don’t want to discredit what she has done for Naruto, but hinata hasn't been present for most of those things anyway. Likewise hinata knowing about sakura's feelings might also be an interesting topic, but for now it's the other way around. Also since it is controversial if Naruto has any romantic feelings for hinata we will just assume it is one sided one her part for now.
I know there is a lot of pro hinata stuff, but its only because the question pertains to it. Hinata of course can never replace some of the bonds sakura and Naruto have come to form, so it’s not question that either one of them would be a fair candidate; the only issue I see is hinata’s state if sakura is chosen after already confessing. (Naruto did not take sakura’s confession to be genuine so I’m not going to discuss that.)

Main questions

Do you think she be with Naruto knowing how much hinata loves him and how devoted she is to him. Hinata? Do you think kishi will provide either one an alternative? Why do you think kishi is having sakura keep her distance when hinata is there, and anything else implied by this OP.

This is not a sakura bashing thread, I know it’s almost inevitable for it to happen here but that should not be powerful enough to stop an honest opinion from a few people.
And once again this is NOT a thread to prove that hinata is a better choice, I just choose to put only relevant information that directly pertains to the subject of this thread. Please do not post unless you have something to contribute.

What are your opinions?

I wonder when did naruto turn into a love story:confused:

The opening chapter, where Naruto was shown to be competing for the affection of a one Sakura Haruno by attempting to prove himself valid against a one Sasuke Uchiha.

Or, perhaps, when a one Obito Uchiha got friend-zoned by Rin (... do we have a last name for her?) and decided to create the Akatsuki that would require a world war to achieve its goals.

Kind of hard to put it all together when Kishimoto then likes to say that he doesn't want to get too deep into pairings and romantic themes.

Why would naruto go for a Flat chested Angry girl who always beats him.

over a Kind/sweet girl that loves him deeply for who he is and looks up to him and based her own Ninja way on his and she got dem boobies

The answer to your question is no.

And if you want a definite answer, wait for chapter 616.

Agreed. Though everything is speculation, I think the reason why Kishi shows Sakura in that panel in chapter 615 is because it is meant to show how distant she is in this situation. Hinata and Naruto will always have a bond that Naruto cannot have with Sakura (and vice versa). Hinata's bond with Naruto (as shown by her pep talking naruto) is a deep, meaningful, and co-dependant relationship. In the very least, we can assume taht this panel shows Sakura being kept out of the conversation.

Do you think she be with Naruto knowing how much hinata loves him and how devoted she is to him.

Honestly, I think Sakura has more platonic feelings for Naruto with a bit of confusion on her part because she feels unfulfilled romantically ('the biological clock' - of a sort). I really see Hinata's recent actions as more or less discouraging Sakura from considering a serious romantic advance on Naruto.

If she were serious about Naruto - she'd respond to Sakura the same way she did with Ino in competition for Sasuke... but I don't really see that becoming a reality.

Hinata? Do you think kishi will provide either one an alternative?

It'd be hard to see Hinata presented with a realistic alternative.

Sakura has Sasuke as an alternative... provided he gets some sense beaten back into him and stops being a douche.

I suppose there are also other alternatives for her - like Lee or Sai (though Sai would be a bit weird).

Why do you think kishi is having sakura keep her distance when hinata is there, and anything else implied by this OP.

Could be the same reason he didn't have Naruto and Hinata talk after her confession... he didn't know how to write it, so he completely avoided the reality of his characters (that Naruto would so easily let a sacrifice like that go seemingly unnoticed is insanity).

It's more likely, recently, that Sakura simply hasn't been all that capable of supporting Naruto. There's still some awkwardness from her false confession... and it's kind of difficult to really see her coming up with such profound words to re-inspire Naruto following the loss of Neji. She's still sifting through her feelings for Sasuke. Naruto has already come to terms with Sasuke's behavior, Hinata has largely resolved her primary hurdle of her self-esteem... she's probably feeling a bit left behind, in a way.

It was there from the go. It's just evolving to something it never should of...it being action-oriented manga and all.
