Can sakura learn these skills and ........

I believe Sakura,chosen wife of the global kages,child bearer of a future goddes,sarada ,could learn shunshin no jutsu and finger sword (raikage Ay jutsu)
Shunshin no jutsu require good chakra control to temporary vitalise the user body to enchance their speed to an extent where the oponent will believe the user teleported.From part one,sakura was praise by kakashi for her early mastery of chakra control.Sakura already have large chakra reserve store to use shunshin no jutsu multiple times
Sakura dont need raiton armor to increase her piercing abilities like Ay,she can channel her chakra to her hands,and use her strenght and finger or fingers to slice or bisect with ease.
Sakura with yin seal activated,shunshin speed and ehance piercing abilities could be hokage level,probably could take down kinshiki in a strenght battle.In addition,sakura have good reflexes (seen against sasori in battle) and healing skills (with or without the snail summon) to use as a defense against strong oponent.Sakura analytical skill can also help her end battles quicker

I believe that She can .She has increased her speed through great chakra control and she can use the finger jutsu of AYs but in a chakra scalpel way.

He body flicker when she fought the sound nin, which was pretty advanced because she used it in conjunction with the sub tuition jutsu and quickly. Also she use a chakra scalpel simular to the raikages jutsu to cut naruto open , which is much more powerful
